1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Forge AI at forgeaitechnology.com ("the Service"), operated by Forge AI Technology, a business registered in Australia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Forge AI provides AI-powered generation tools including an App Generator, Crypto Coin Generator, Smart Contract Auditor, Website Generator, and Pitch Deck Generator. These tools are powered by third-party AI models and generate content based on your prompts.
3. Credits and Payment
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use generation tools. By purchasing credits you agree to the following:
- All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
- Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
- One free website generation is available per email address and IP address. This is a promotional offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe (card) and NOWPayments (crypto). You agree to their respective terms when making payment.
4. AI-Generated Content
Forge AI uses third-party AI models provided by Anthropic to generate all content. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that:
- All generated content is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
- Smart contract audits are AI-generated assessments only and do not constitute professional security advice. You should always engage a qualified security professional before deploying any smart contract with real funds.
- Generated smart contracts are provided as starting points only. We make no warranties regarding their security, functionality, or fitness for any purpose.
- Pitch decks and financial projections are illustrative only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.
- You own the content you generate, subject to any underlying model terms.
- We are not responsible for how you use generated content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Create malware, exploits, or malicious code
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the free tier
- Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI generation service
- Use automated scripts or bots to generate content at scale
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on generated content, smart contract vulnerabilities, or business decisions made using generated pitch decks or other materials.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the three months prior to the claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
9. Governing Law
Forge AI Technology is a business registered in Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
