5. AI Processing Disclosure
Forge AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to generate content. When you submit a prompt, that text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not store your prompts after generation. Anthropic may retain data according to their own privacy policy, which you can review at anthropic.com/privacy.
All generated content — including apps, websites, smart contracts, coin packages, and pitch decks — is produced by an AI model. Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information and should not be relied upon without independent verification.
11. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your email address and credit balance locally on your device for convenience. This data is only stored on your device and is not transmitted to third parties. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Object to processing of your data

11. Data Security
Your data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security enabled. API access requires a service role key that is never exposed publicly. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and NOWPayments and never touches our servers.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By using the Service you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia in relation to any dispute arising under this policy.
