4. Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate Forge AI:

5. AI Processing Disclosure
Forge AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to generate content. When you submit a prompt, that text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not store your prompts after generation. Anthropic may retain data according to their own privacy policy, which you can review at anthropic.com/privacy.
All generated content — including apps, websites, smart contracts, coin packages, pitch decks, and framework projects — is produced by an AI model. Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information and should not be relied upon without independent verification.
5a. Subscription Billing Data
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, your subscription status, current plan tier, billing cycle dates, and credit allocation are stored in our database to manage your account. This data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation for dispute resolution purposes, after which it is deleted unless you request otherwise.
Recurring billing is handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID in our database to link your account to your Stripe subscription. We do not store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your email address and session token locally on your device for convenience. This data is only stored on your device and is not transmitted to third parties. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.
To enforce our one free website generation limit, we store your IP address in our database linked to your account. This IP address is used solely to prevent abuse of the free tier and is not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your IP address at any time by contacting support, which will restore your eligibility for a free generation if applicable.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Object to processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email support@forgeai.biz and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Security
Your data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security enabled. API access requires a service role key that is never exposed publicly. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and NOWPayments and never touches our servers.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By using the Service you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia in relation to any dispute arising under this policy.
